Valley Oak SPCA is a 501(c)(3) no-kill animal rescue and veterinary clinic based in Visalia. Our mission is to provide shelter, adoption services, veterinary care, and community education to eliminate the suffering of companion animals. Through our veterinary clinic, we provide affordable pet wellness services, spay and neuter surgeries, specialty care, and medical treatments. Each year, we offer thousands of free vaccinations for pet owners and reduced cost procedures for feral cats. With the help of our community, Valley Oak SPCA rescues, rehabilitates, and re-homes thousands of abandoned, injured, and neglected animals every year giving them a second chance at a loving forever home.
